When I was in middle school I wanted to dunk the basketball but I was only able to touch the rim. Not until I found out about this jump program that helped me maximize my potential. Not only this program helped me with my vertical but with my all around game as well. Once I got to the 9th grade I was dunk two hands with ease and by my sophomore year I was dunking with ease. Doing 360, windmills, between the leg dunks, and jumping over two people to dunk as easy.
When one is learning how to position themselves for basic shooting, they can practice a specific stance in order to help. First, they should be completely aligned with the target for the basket. This will help them to aim into the right place. From here, the feet should be still and about shoulder width apart. The knees will need to be bent and the back straight. This will help with the alignment and focus towards the basket.
Hopefully, these basketball dribbling drills and ball handling drills will help you become comfortable with handling a basketball and effectively dribbling a ball to become a better overall basketball player. Remember, practice as often as possible and never watch the ball as you are dribbling!
