The Low-Post Block, This is where we will spend most of our time learning the post/center play basics. I want the player close-in to the basket and as the player grasps skills and progresses, well then move all over the key. Starting with a good stance and feet placed outside the lane line, I want the players low foot (nearest baseline) above or barely touching the low box. This will become apparent soon. Players should always be cognizant of where the lines and post markings are, as they move about. This comes with repetition.
This situation has engendered an orgy of hand wringing and harsh criticism as fans and commentators have taken turns ripping the \"lazy\" players for not destroying the foreign competition. Suffice it to say that there is no dearth of proposed \"solutions\" to address the problem. The 2007 WC tournament to qualify for the 2008 Olympics is scheduled to be hosted by Las Vegas, NV, Aug. 22 through Sept. 2. Time will tell what will happen.
When I was in middle school I wanted to dunk the basketball but I was only able to touch the rim. Not until I found out about this jump program that helped me maximize my potential. Not only this program helped me with my vertical but with my all around game as well. Once I got to the 9th grade I was dunk two hands with ease and by my sophomore year I was dunking with ease. Doing 360, windmills, between the leg dunks, and jumping over two people to dunk as easy.
