You could start with a defensive rebounding drill and then an offensive rebounding drill for the 1st 12 minutes. The defensive rebounding drill would practice boxing out position, keeping the opponent from the ball, and then securing the ball possession, and the first move after that. The offensive rebounding drill would practice moves to get to the ball before the opponent does, followed by going right up for a shot after getting the offensive rebound. These drills should be spirited while emphasizing the importance of this aspect of the game being played well by all the players on your team.
First of all, you will need focus if you ever want to improve on your basketball skills. As you go on with the process of learning how to improve your basketball skills, your focus will dictate how quickly you may be able to see the results of your efforts.
A little about myself. I first started playing basketball when I was 10 years old and I never looked back. I played college ball four years and played professional basketball overseas for 5 years now. Basketball is a passion of mine because I love the game and work hard to become the best player I can be. My vertical is 36\" and I can shoot and play great defense.
